I packed my life into a van and became a nomad in 2021…
I have traveled to 49 of the 50 states (Alaska I am coming for you!), visited 53 of the 63 US National Parks, and countless state parks and National Forests. I’ve driven to both Mexico and Canada and got to visit 6 of the Canadian National Parks while I was there. In 2024 alone, I hiked/ran over 1,200 miles through some of our country’s most beautiful landscapes. I have connected with hundreds of kind-hearted souls and am lucky enough to call a big handful some of my soul family.
But this journey has never just been about checking states and countries and National Parks off a list, I wanted to do more than just witness beautiful landscapes; I wanted to be a part of it, to immerse myself in it all. I wanted to sink my fingertips deep into her soil and learn her ways of being. How to flow with whatever life throws at me, how to burn for the things that I love, how to ground into the truth of my being while also keeping my head in the clouds. The earth is my mother, my guidance, my support… I see myself in her and her in me.
I know I have gotten to do and experience more in these last few years than most may in their lifetime. But yet I feel as if I have barely scratched the surface. I am eternally grateful for creating this path for myself; it is not always easy and sometimes I often catch my mind worrying if I am on the right path. But I trust that whatever we are destined to find, we will anywhere and everywhere, all roads lead to yourself, you just have to trust how strong the pull of your soul is.
hope to catch ya on my next adventure. xx
